Pen tool, huh? Not bad. I'd suggest polishing it up and maybe adding more dramatic shading, as it looks a little flat. She also looks a little bit like she's about to fall over. Her center of balance should be over her legs, not to the right of them.

Well it's not a bad drawing necessarily. My biggest problem with it is that she should be falling over right now she leans so far back. You should really tilt her back up so she's not bending over.
